zipmoa is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which tool (e.g. Extract RAR, Encrypt Files) and what went wrong: it would not extract, file names came out garbled, or a message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac).
- The archive format, size and number of files, whether it has a password, and which program made it. Please do not attach the archive, and never write the password.
If you have forgotten the password to an encrypted file, there is no way to help: there is no master key, so the developer cannot open it either.
